Process Breakdown Once Again

Good day. Please check your records as I am once again asking for help. The facts of life is that if you purchased an old house that you run the risk of breakages, unfortunately my geyser burst and was replaced, Thank You. To date no one has made contact with me in regard to the huge hole in my ceiling, neither for the walls to be painted where the water has shaped through. I have had a similar problem before which was solved very speedily, but once again I have no alternative but to log a complaint to get a response. This geyser burst in February 2013. To date no feedback for the basic repairs - ceiling and walls. I have paid my excess immediately to ensure all is done and in order. Please advise me on what to do?
