Removed my free services - very sneaky

I have a cheque account with a rebate option - so for keeping an amount of R15000 in your account all the time you are not charged for many services. Now suddenly, ABSA have decided to start charging me for cheques and cash deposits at the bank for which I was never charged for before. Also, with the new structure (bundle as they call it) I will on average pay more per month than before.
I contacted Louis at the Eastlands branch on 03/06/2013, who kindly gave my new fees breakdown. I however asked him to follow up on these new charges as I have been a client of ABSA's from 1989 and I would assume that I am a loyal client of theirs. To date I have had no reply.

So I feel it is very sneaky of ABSA to start charging me for services which were free to me before.
