MiWay talks about giving industry leading customer service. This is probably true until you open a policy with them.
I went from travelling 70km to and from the CBD to driving for 5 minutes from an access controlled parking at my new place to another access controlled parking at work and my premium WENT UP! That is simply ridiculous!
They bend over backwards trying to get you to sign and once you signed, the Call Centre manager won't even speak to you.
What a joke! I will be looking at other insurers!
