I am utterly disgusted by the treatment I received from miway. I have been a loyal client of 6yrs. On the 1st of aug, I discovered that miway had incorrectly profiled me as a high risk profile whereas I was not. I phoned to query, and no one had the decency to call me back regarding my problems. Instead what I got was a debit order from miway helping themselves with MY money. Do not trust them with your money.
I discovered that according to miway, my car parked in an open parking during the day whereas it parked in an access controlled basement at work. This has a direct effect on the premiums I have been paying to miway. This is cheating at its best, hands down!
The call centre agent claims that "According to the tapes" the agent whom I took out the policy with did not ask me where my car parked during the day. That's a lot of B S. Why should I be paying for someone else's' incompetence? It's a rip-off.
Another query that I was paying for a monthly joining fee of R67 (not admin fee). I cannot be joining every month, its ridiculous... Miway refuses to refund me the money on the basis that it's not a joining fee but an admin fee. Your policy wording is (space not enogh)
