I usually curtly end all unsolicited telesales calls, but I was so pleasantly surprised by Razad, that I ended up taking out life cover from him (first time ever that I've bought anything through telesales!). Firstly and most importantly, he could answer all my questions and could make intelligent conversation, not just read through a script. Although I've got life cover already, he successfully persuaded me to take out another policy, since it's fairly inexpensive and differs slightly from my current policy. I wish all call centre agents were as informed, likable and efficient as Razad! Keep up the great work and the great sense of humour! You made a day a little better.
