I phoned Outsurance today to query a few things on my new life insurance policy. The call centre was however busy, but someone took my details down and they promised to have someone call me back. I received a call back within an hour. The lady that phoned me back (Michelle Moodley) could answer all my questions efficiently and also gave me a fantastic deal on my cover. She discussed various options with me and helped me to understand the terms that I was unfamiliar with. Overall great service - much appreciated!
