Good day, I recently had my first baby in a private hospital. My husband and I have medical aid with Discovery and we pay over R3 000 a month, yet they only paid R2 700 for the gynea and R1 660 for the epidural (what they say is 100% of medical aid rates!) that left us with a shortfall of R10 800. I submitted my claim to Complimed and they paid in full within 10 days of receiving all the documents. I didn't need to follow up, they didn't query anything or hassled (unlike our medical aid). I was also pleasantly surprise by the helpfulness of their staff when I had a query, the forms were easy to complete and understand. I was very impressed by my experience with the company so thank you Complimed!
