It is with great disappoint to discover that as a customer I was given false information regarding the product I bought at the store. I was told that I am unable to give details/contract of my life insurance instead am obliged to take life cover with the supplier. Alternatively I provide them with original copy of my life insurance which they keep in store till I finish payments. This left me no choice as I wanted to buy the product as it was on special. It gave me no time to read my contract whilst in store. When I got home I read this contract and to my astonishment discovered that under the section of insurance it stated that 5.4 "The customer still have the right to reject any particular insurance policy proposed by the credit provider and to substitute a policy of his/her own choice provided it meets the terms and conditions. To avoid unnecessary extra frills/charges I wanted to use my own policy. The lady in store was so helpful and phoned to confirm if I could use my policy they still said no I have to take out 1 with them. I want their life cover to be removed and be replaced with my own policy which I am determined that meets their terms and conditions. This is so unfair!
