I spoke to Lesego Ramotla earlier on today at @ 11 am and i was not happy with her service as she started shouting which i heard to call her to order i then understood as everyone sometimes have a bad hair day and that she apologised and requested a simple thing which was her to send me proof of bank details and she told me it takes up to 4 hours which even now it has'nt been done what specialised service is that, FNB is about convinient banking but at this stage it is not convinient.
i only have one word for Lesego incompetent she is . give her proper training.
