Hi my name is tebogo went to LG at montecasino at fourways being unhappy client cause i was looking for a washing machine and i was told they don't sell from the shop i need to go to any retail store (which i did before i went to fourways the store at montecasino) i went there cause the washing machine i was looking for i could not get it at the stores then came a very handsome, helpful young man introduced him self to me and asked how can he assist me cause the guy who was helping me before was not helpful at all even when i was telling him my problem.
am very happy with the level of service the young man (LESEGO) gave like i sad he went the extra mile and he was very energetic, friendly, accomodating, thoughtful.knows his product very well etc he even walked me around the store showed me what LG has i never knew about the solardom now i know cause of lesego product knowledge hes very wit, sharp and know to handle customer i like his confidence and when he was not sure he went to ask which impressed me a lot.
i would like to extended my deepest appreciation to this guy (lESEGO) his an ASSETS to the company THANK YOU lesego keep up the good work and most important bless
