My mother took a loan with African bank of about R16000.00, she later realised that the interest were too much she went back the day after to cancell the loan they refused, ( which the contract stipulates that you can cancell the contract within five days) in total she has to pay them back R45000.00, the interset were not explained to her and my mother is a domestic worker who earns R1900.00 a month, i fill it was reckless landing of them to give her that much cause she alredy had a credit card laon with them. which she has been paying for the past 18 months and it does not decrease. She then recieved a call amonth later that the loan she signed for has now increased to R18000.00. how possible is that after signing a contract.
