I called Dial Direct on 04/06/13, spent 15 minutes on the phone with Keagan and got covered by the time I hung up. The policy documents were in my Inbox a minute after the call ended. Realizing that I'd omitted something, I sent an email to rectify it and got some feedback from Paula within the 48 hours that they promised.
