My account details had not yet been updated, and Masechaba not only corrected that, but also effected it immediately, when it normally takes a few days to do. She also called to confirm I had received her email, and kept me updated. She sorted out a new card for me, and sent me an email confirming all the changes had been made and ensured I was not inconvenienced at all.
Was such a pleasure to have her sort out my problem!
