I called in to apply for a Discovery Card on Monday and there was an error on the system during my application. The consultant told me that he will get back to me the next day - Tuesday.
Tuesday came and no one called, so I decided to call back on Wednesday. I spoke to another consultant and the system error persisted - she said she will call me back later or the next day - I didn't get any call.
So I called back on Thursday and spoke to another consultant - once again there was a system error and the consultant said he will call me back later or tomorrow - and again, no call.
