I contacted Gift Mkhize at the One Plan call centre to remove a dependent from my policy. I hade sent an email through previously, but the dependent was still refelected on my updated policy. Gift took down my details and advised me that within 30 minutes he would have sent me an updated policy schedule and statement reflecting the changes and the credit. I must admit, I didn't quite believe this and was skeptical that I might have to send another email again, but Gift emailed me within the 30 minutes and everything had been done, exactly as I had asked. I was very impressed with how professionally he handled the querying and sorted it out so fast. Thank you Gift!!
