In October of last year my car was hit by hail, and how. Dial Direct came to my aid and were so helpful... Their panel beater wasn't the best the car was more in than out and the workmanship was 3rd world. In between the ins and outs I drove the car through a rain storm to find out my windscreen had a leak. I pointed it out to the repairer. I then got the car back, which I thought was for the last time. Ya seems I was wrong, the leak is still there... Now that I want it repaired I cant even get some one to contact me back never mind have it fixed. The score stands at five call made, calls received ZERO. A deduction, Dial Direct doesn't have a complaints department or its so top secret that no one knows about it. If you mail them, or leave a message no one gets back to you. Where do they hide if any one knows please let me know. ALL I WANT IS FEEDBACK or is it true Dial Direct is a bad investment.
