I financed one of my cars with Standard Bank. To improve my cashflow I paid the car off. I sent at least ten emails before, to request a final settlement offer and a recalculation of the interest. Nobody bothers to email back or is phoneing me. Customerservice seems non exisisting with Standardbank. Cherry on Top is now even the car IS PAID OFF paid they still taking money off< and even their " servicefee">The whole issue is besides disgusting and incompetent, "unproffesional">My demannds are as following: 1.) I want an apology.2.)I want my money back.3.) I want a recalculation on the intrest, and a refund. 4.) I want my papers back, and the whole issue solved by Friday, AND NO FURTHER DEDUCTIONS!!!
