Bad Service (no Ubuntu)

This is sad because this was not the 1st time I received such bad services from the FNB Ulundi Branch. I always run into trouble when I have to use this branch, the sad part is that it's not for me but my 86 year old grandmother. What frustrates me more is that she can't use internet banking like I do and stay away from the bank. The staff, this includes the bank manager and security guards, are not equipped with helping out the elderly at all. No one is set to receive the elderly and help them accordingly. At one occasion I brought in my grandmother to make a big withdrawal, she was told to ask the people in the queue to let her through. Of which she was not able to do, she had to call me from outside to come in and hold the line on her behalf. Of which I would not hear of and ended up loaning her money from my account by using internet banking. There are many stories one can tell but won't. This bad service needs to come to an end.
