Still no explanation!

I reported this incident previously on 19 May 2013. Absa responded by e-mail to say they are looking into the matter. I also received 2 phone calls to advise me that the matter is receiving attention - it is now almost another 3 weeks later and I still have no explanantion to my correspondence and queries raised as to why a policy that was ceded to Absa was paid out to Absa, even though they wrote a letter to state that the cession is cancelled and that they have no interest in the policy. Is it totally impossible to obtain a reconciliation of finances from a financial institution?
