I opened a business account online in mid April. I got an email that someone would contact me within 24hrs. I didn't receive a call until a week later. When they did call eventually i was asked to send through my company documents of which I emailed. I then got an email with my agreement to sign. They had opened a business account for me with the wrong name when i had sent them my company details. I've sent over 18 emails trying to follow up & all the emails I ever get are the ones advising that someone will contact me of which they never do. A month later I then went to Main Street branch to rectify this & they said they would do so, I also updated my new cell number& advised I will no longer be using the old one. I left my company details there & all my fica docs & i still have had no feedback.
This morning 2 months Iater decided to go to bank city hoping that they would be able to assist me resolve this. They said they would rectify this and send me the correct info while I wait at the branch and they sent again the agreement with the wrong name & only tell me today that there are missing forms
I am furious, upset & have had it with their no good service & need answers NOW
