I called in to request assistance on accessing the reports that I had purchased on line. I spoke to a very rude arrogant consultant. Who then told me when I requested for an escallations number to report her poor service that they do not have one and their service does not get rated. He was literaly shouting to me on the line like a little child. He a rotten potato and I don't think any company deserves such a rude employee who does not share his company values. I am not sure maybe this is an accepted behaviour at Transunion hence he said their service does not get ratted. Someone please explain to me. But this Siyabonga boy has no manners
