I have received a new cheque card but have repeatedly embarrassed myself at shops as it declines due to an invalid PIN. I have been TWICE to branches to sort and they advised to reset the PIN at a Autoplus but still it does not work. I have no use for my card - I have now gone to capitec bank so see if their cards work.
