So 10 minutes ago a girl name Nomthandazo from your collections calls me, i advise to call me later as iam at work until 8, the girl response in xhosa saying "hehake uCapitec uqale nini uphuma ngo 8" which means when did Capitec close at 8. We'll for her information Capitec has 24 hour departments and i am a customer experiencing some difficulty all i want is respect. If that is the kind of people that Capfin employes i suggest that they re look their recruitment strategy and hire people who aim to retain and rehabilitate rather than judge. i have never failed to pay on time therefore cleary as a first time defaulter and as an experienced collector there is a valid reason as to why and i have the right to ask for a call back if iam unable to speak. If that is the kind of people that your company employs, people who are unexperienced and act like embeciles people who are there because they love their job, then these kind of problems will persist & the company will fail. i have not had any bad experince up until this point but from now i just want to pay that loan and close it as and have no further liasons with your company as i feel like i was patronised... thank you
