Good Day

I had two loans with Credit U/Blue Financial and I communicated that were paid in 2010 and they
had judgments on both accounts which on payment of account was suppose to be removed as agreed. The listed balances was for R7408.38 and R4970.58 the last payment on the second balance went through on the 29th September 2010 and the last payment for the first account went through on th 29th December 2010 and the lady that was handling the account has since left credit u and her name was Mamodise.
I have sent my complaint to their new collections department Pholosa and sent them proof of payment but still the rescission letters that were agreed upon are still outstanding. I dealt with Erika Ellis at Collection as well as Michelle McClean at legal.
