New Account - problems with first dt orde

I contacted One Plan via email as I was experiencing problems contacting them from my landline at work, which was a problem from our side. I had a response on my email sent on 12/03/213 at 10h58 by 13/03/2013 at 13h33. I should have done that in the first place. My first instalment was supposed to go off on 01 Mar 2013, which did not go through due to insufficient funds on my part. One plan had mistakenly called for double dt orders, the amount called for on my bank account, was therefore confusing and I need to query it. Farrial assisted me by agreeing to let my medical aid start from 01 Apr 2013, without holding me responsible for the March payment, which is a great help in these times and have arranged for my One Card to be delivered to my work address asap, because I am going on leave. If this is the service I am getting now, I cannot wait to see what it is going to be like moving forward. Thank you
