I first sent a callback on the website, literally 30 seconds later i was called by someone from budget!! That lady transferred me to Jenna as i wanted to add home insurance into my policy, not only did i get a discount for doing such but Jenna explained everything in detail to me and answered all my questions. Its rare to get good/great service and since i am one who usually uses hellopeter to lodge complaints against the likes of DSTV I have no issue using it to put in a compliment for brilliant service. Also i would like to thank budget for handling my windscreen claim so swiftly, I am a long standing customer and am very happy to stay a customer. Maybe because of my loyalty, you guys will decrease my premiums some day too :)
