I applied for the smart device through FNB, and they declined my application. I sent FNB an e-mail as I am not satisfied with having been declined the device, as I am pre-approved by so many other service providers and am not in arrears with any of my accounts, infact I get offered increased limits almost every month from the likes of Woolworths, Edgars, Truworths and others.
I go a reference number for the e-mail I sent, which is 288293 (automated e-mail response), but still no response from FNB. I am so disappointed with the service in this regard.
