Not getting back to me

I have a claim for which I have been told 3 times that someone will get back to me, still waiting... Don't feel like going up and down your automated phone system either, it keeps sending me to person who needs to divert me to someone else even though I follow the prompts...

If you hope that I will give up and not phone you again you are wrong, my next phone call my just be at the CPA
