It such a HUGE disappointment to received such ABHORRING servicing from African bank, I request a simple thing to be done, increasing my credit limit on my existing credit card, just a simple thing really.

Monday process starts, all good got my card, I was then called the next day, oops the card given to you is not right, okay fine, gave them another chance. Wednesday, got a congratulations sms your card has been approved with an amount of xyz and went to the mall to use my card only to learn it was suspended, when I call their head office i'm told it block because my FICA documents were not submitted for the branch I went to on MONDAY.

Called the branch this morning was told this was not explain to me properly, it will be sorted and I will get a call in an hour, nothing...
Called the head office twice, now they've received the documents, supervisors are busy or in a meeting, no one is working on uplifting the stupid system that's blocking my card from being used. I'm now waiting for a call from a supervisor name Nhlanhla of which has not happened.

I NEED THIS SORTED TODAY.
