I have been trying to contact ABSA Actuaries and Consultants regarding a query for my G4S Cash Sollutions Pension policy and have been phoning for 3 days. The person who is supposed to help me does not answer the phone and no one else can supposedly assist. How terrible is this, i urgently require assistance and have been paying for 21 years into this fund and this is the service that i get. I think i will lodge a complaint with G4s so that they can take our employee pension fund to someone who wants to be of assistance.
