I am an Anglo American Employee. We are allowed to borrow money on our pension fund in order to either renovate/buy a house. I have submitted my application on the 22 March 2013. According to there service level agreement, I must have recieved an answer between 4-5 working days. I am still waiting...

This is ridiculous.
