I was @ the bank on friday when I was helped by a lady who knows customer service I even told her that I've never received this kind of service she told me that I must update my address of whicjh I ddnt have aproof of resident with me I told her I will bring it on Manday, that when nightmare started I was helped by Annet she said my letter is altered so she can't help me I asked her that I need to c her supervisor shje called. Michelle who also told me samething but with attitude and I told them that I don't like their tones they said if I want to report them I can do so, I took my bag and leave, while I was about to go out she asked me to cm back so she can cancel my account I told her I won't do that Fnb is my bank I like it its not hers, just when I thought Fnb is the best I'm dissapointed
