I came back to my car this morning to find the battery flat. After the initial call I was kept up to date with phone calls and sms every 5-10 minutes about the arrival of breakdown truck. Compass breakdown arrived on time and had me up and running in 5 minutes. This is the 2nd callout with Virgin and the same great service both times.
