I recently had an insident where my son was stuck with his car at work with a mechanical breakdown. He works in a very dangerous area and it was over a weekend. I phoned Miway and explained the situation. While we were still talking and giving details the person that took the call immediately contacted the towing department and they despatched a towing vehicle. I explained that the car is a collector item and can not be towed but must be lifted and transported. This was no problem and it was arranged within minutes from my initial call. The contact person at the towing service was in contact with me and my son literally every 10 minutes to ensure he was still safe and to give us an estimated time of arrival. The towing vehicle arrived in a much shorted time than initially anticipated and they lifted the vehicle, brought the vehicle and my son home safely. I have been with Miway for a number of years and unfortunately in the last year we had 2 insidents that we claimed for - all of our interactions with Miway have been brilliant and I won't even consider for one minute to change my insurance to another company!
