On the 20th of May i called FNB to cancel the ordering of an Apple Ipad, due a more suitible device being offered, and was told that this cancellation would be processed in two working days after which i could order the other device. To date i have not received any feedback concerning this matter. This is also after i called on the 27th of May to find out why i wasn't contacted as yet and was told that they were busy queuing their queries and that i would be contacted later that day. Sadly this was not the case. I would still like to order another smart device however this experienced has somewhat tainted my view of FNB's customer service.
