Insurance double paid

I have an car financed by Absa. My car insurance is with another supplier. Every month from December last year i get a call from the call centre to inform me that my car account is in arrears, due to the fact that my insurance has not been paid. They then debit my account with the amount that has not been paid according to them. The insurance has also been paid, i even took my policy and the bank statements to the finance department of Absa in Uitenhage to proof that the insurance is up to date. Till today i have overpaid an amount of R2 100, 00 due to somebody not doing their work properly. Today they start phoning again, also wanting me to pay again. I did not even recieved any funds back from the ones i have double paid, and the call centre people does not understand what is going on. Can someone please try to assist me? My car account has never been even paid late, but last month my application to buy another car were rejected, due to the fact that my account show in arrears. Thanks. Johan.
