Faizel answered the phone with a friendly tone and listened carefully to my request. He subsequently made the necessary changes to my policy and whilst doing so was very helpful and able to answer the questions I had. He was forthcoming with what he was able to help me with and what not, I really appreciated his honesty. I was very happy with the excellent service he delivered.
