I would just like to say that i am very impressed by the service that i have received from Faizel Abarder of Dial Direct.

From the time that i made contact with him for assisting me with my queries and issues he was very helpful and efficient. He personally said he would call me back with the results of the issue to make sure that it was all sorted out and that i was happy with this arrangement and this he kept to.
In most situations you would have a consultant saying you can call back and this would mean dealing with a whole new person.
As to Faizel he created a caring and helpful interest for the client which is very important.
