This is the third time i am complaining, i have reached a boiling point how much more do i have to take. My car has been gone for over two months we now on a third month. I have been in contact with dial direct and have raised a lot of complains clearly i am being brushed aside. I wont start from the begining because you can recall all my other complains. Through all of this pain i am experiencing now you telling me to return the courtesy car without my car being returned how am i suppose to get to work as i rely on private transport. Please return my car then i will take the courtesy car back this is violation on my consumer rights and it ends here. i am taking this up with the insurance omburdsmant i refuse to be victimised enough is enough now you want me to walk to work after all the things you have put me through. please return my car :(.
