ABSA have been experiencing problems with their Internet Services since Friday. I thought it would be sorted by this morning - you optimistic fool!! The call center is a no-go too, after 20 minutes still no consultant available.
This is absolutely pathetic! Will ABSA pay me the discount that I had to forfeit because I was unable to access my account and pay my creditors on time???
