Cut up my card!!!

I was sms'd to upgrade to a Gold cheque account in which I had to reply to the sms. I did just that and I was approved instantly. The sms said I was approved and someone will call me shortly. This was a month ago.

I called in and I was told my card was cut up because they could not get hold of me because I have an incorrect number on my profile. You sms"d me!!! How do you call to the wronng number if we have been corresponding via sms to my correct number.

Also, when opening my previous account I was mailed everything, why not this time??? I refuse to pay for a new card.

I wanted the s4 deal and now it probably wont happen due to FNB's incompetence.

I always wondered why so many people complain about FNB and want to change banks. I thought the eBucks alone is enough of a benefit for me. But now i fully understand where everyone is coming from.

Can someone please call me to sort this out. Whenever I call in, i get "transferred" but the agent just drops the call (3 times) yet another waste of my money
