I've been trying to contact African Bank via the e-mail account advertised on their website. After numerous unsuccessful attempts at e-mailing I tried to message them on Facebook and as a last resort on twitter. No response anywhere. Are you still operational? I haven't received a statement for my loan for more than a year. I want to know what my settlement amount is. I want to know why the amount that I'm in advance does not seem to be taken into account when my interest is calculated.
