What is it with Momentum as a whole and sending the pregnancy benefits that we are meant to receive as paying customers?! Finally after ages of emailing Momentum I got the package from them, now I am STILL waiting for Multiply to send their "Momentous Baby" package as promised, even after emails saying they "will look into it" for me. Supposed to receive the package at 24 weeks of pregnancy... my wife is now over 38 weeks pregnant and could give birth any day now!! Useless...
