Paid up account no paid up lette

Ecently got my report from transunion and realised I had a written off account. I called them was given a refernce and the amount I needed to pay in order to settle their credit card account, I consequently made the payment of R3010.00 on the twent-fourth of May 2013. I called the call centre to confirm payment made was told to send of proof of payment and did so via fax and emailed [Email Removed] ref 74001631750, I called on monday, tuesday, wednesday and thursday I keep getting the same respnse we can't see the money, what kind of service is this, my I'd no 8409065759081, allocate the money I need my paid-up letter reference used on payment was MR KHONYANE, Ref no 9353919, I have made numerous calls that are costing me a lot, and no one seems to want help, I called the 0112569562 and call centre no:0861111011, none of those people are getting back to me, and their supposed to be customer centric? And probably promised when they where hired they could do a good job and work well with people, I need my query to be resolved I don't need objections at this point
