I love FNB and I have gotten my friends/relatives to switch to it. I check my credit card statement and I see a R200.00 charge. I call into the call centre and ask what is it for. I am being told by Siphesihle its for eBucks and I advise how it works. The consultants response is "you asked what its for and you got your answer". If you need further help call that department on Monday and then call us back with reference. I ask cant they log it for me and he was rude about the whole thing and hanged up before I could get contact details for the other department and whether they will refund my money.
FNB needs to be careful, if that's how your call centre treats customers we will walk away as customers. I hope I get a call back from someone who has manners and can explain the entire process properly.
