DON'T MAKE YOUR PROBLEM MINE

I made a deposit of R500 into my bank account on 25/05/2013@10:47 and when I try to swipe my card or withdraw, the massege i received was: "WRONG ACCOUNT SELECTED" and i phoned this number 0860 102 043 the consultant told me that my account is inactive and therefore i should go back to the branch to activate it. Why was it possible to deposit the money in the inactive account?? I dont have time and money to go to the branch and i want to use my money ASAP. Hoping that you will sort this problem out without me going to the bank.
