I have applied for a loan from fnb. And I have been phoning whole day and I have been transferred from consultant to consultant with no one coming back to me. Everyone is telling me something different and then the team leader picked up and when I told her it is useless to give my number cause no one is phoning me back she said in a very bad attitude that she is the team leader and she will let Rose phone me back now. I am still waiting. I moved over to FNB cause of the good service I always got. But I am very dissapointed with what I got today.
