Can someone sort this out please???

In dec 2012 I chose to extend the maintenance plan on my car through the Innovation group as I had a service plan through them- I originally started with a standard bank account with them and then updated my details, so when the policy was taken out the consultant failed to confirm my banking details and just assumed my current banking details were with Standard Bank- but this was wrong, so the debit orders did not come off. I called in March to query this and needed to make a claim for a wheel bearing that needed to be replaced and was told the account was inactive and i explaiend they had the wrong details, i spoke to Lebo on 12 April again at 08:39 and said that i needed to make a claim what can we do? He spoke to the administrators and said that my policy will start from 01 may then and if i honoured my debit order i could make a claim 30 days later, skip to 30 days later and i called through only to be told that my policy is suspended and there are payments outstanding?? But Lebo and i spoke about this and i was told all would be fine?? can someone senior please help me? I am begging!
