Hi I've been woken up this morning via sms saying that my debt order been unsuccessful after changing bank account details after 2 phone calls and lengthy conversations with Donald. Firstly i am being debited every month but you have no record of my account or any details of mine I then forwarded DONALD my confirmation e-mail so that my ACC could be updated yet nothing has been done. I called for early to inquire about failed debt order and still no record of my account and changed banking details. I don't have the time to deal with your incompetence please advise. The registration number on my confirmation policy is also incorrect. (TOYOTA MAINTENANCE)
