Constant locking my own account with correct pin n

I understand security, but really. ABSA internet banking, using my home computer has locked my pin 3 months in a row. Do they want to force me to go to their branches it seems. Then the lady at the branch have the cheeck to tell me I entered my pin incorrrectly..hello, I only enterred the pin once, correct, as usual, using the online pad ..once and it was locked.

O, yes, my convenience leads me for a nice 15min drive to the closest bank, and o you increase my monthly fees to over R200!!! what service do I get for that?
